I was lucky enough to hear Helen present at SHE Business, and took up her offer of taking a remote look at my computer and possibly correcting some of the niggling problems. I become accustom of my desktop being incharge - having annoying pop ups that wouldn't go away, connecting to my phone when in the mood and programmes not talking to one another.
