Helen recently gave a presentation as part of our 'Getting Heard & Ahead' programme for women in the workplace. I was lucky enough to hear Helen present at SHE Business, and took up her offer of taking a remote look at my computer and possibly correcting some of the niggling problems. I become accustom of my desktop being incharge - having annoying pop ups that wouldn't go away, connecting to my phone when in the mood and programmes not talking to one another. Helen jumped online, explained to it that I am in fact the boss, and sorted it all out in a flash. She not only immediately understood was previous IT companies had done but explained it to me along the way so that I have more confidence in taking charge in the future.
