I'll work with you to make sure your military experience is translated into a civilian position so you can still make sure your time in the military can translate well into the civilian equivalent. Obviously, if you need a degree for a specific job and you don't have a degree, I can't wave a magic wand to make it acceptable for the hiring manager to consider you, but I will make sure that whatever job you're wanting to apply to and qualified for will stand out!
