After graduating from the University of Tokyo with BA in Economics, Eiko worked at Goldman Sachs Tokyo as an analyst in IBD, L’Oréal K.K. as a brand controller for Helena Rubinstein, then earned her MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management. Through 5 year experience at Unison Capital, one of the leading buyout fund in Japan, Eiko realized the value of primary research and started visasQ in 2012.
