Past: Oversaw all of Business Operations for a boutique Business Process and CRM Consultancy that specialized in Print/Digital Media (e.g. Hearst, Conde Nast), Professional Sports (e.g. Tampa Bay Buccaneers) and Luxury Goods Retail (HUGO BOSS).
