As the Director of Business Operations at a leading Salesforce.com Implementation partner, I managed a team of 12+ Consultant/Project Managers across dozens of CRM implementations, optimizations and sales training events.

Much of this work has been in the following industries: Business Finance and Banking (DirectCapital, CIT Bank), Print/Digital Media (e.g. Hearst, Conde Nast), Professional Sports (Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Houston Rockets), Luxury Goods Retail (HUGO BOSS) and HealthCare (Urgent Care Clinics) - but has included several other industries. This has included everything from the basic implementation and deployment of standard functionality - to building and managing a system that was fully coded on the Force.com platform and is integrated with several outside systems.
