Gregg was very nice and helpful. We spent over an hour discussing the ways he does business and it was very insightful. He even is putting me in touch with his VOIP rep so I can begin selling VOIP services. Only thing is, if you're on the call for 30 min, and its 35 min in, there's no alert you've used the time you paid for ;) But I knew we went over anyways, so I was expecting it. But for some with a small budget, just be aware.
