I approached Graziella in the fall of 2008 with a very specific goal in mind:
Achieve a strong, healthy, athletic physique (within three months) by increasing activity and improving my eating habits. Better yet, I wanted everything to be wrapped up in an achievable long-term low impact lifestyle program that would keep me fit for years to come.
After a month. the results are obvious.

Graziella's advice is consistent, realistic, forgiving, and incredibly effective.
You see, I am not a big fan of traditional sports, aerobic exercise or "healthy" foods so during our very first session Graziella designed a program that incorporates all activities I enjoy and enhances all the foods I like. Through this process of rediscovery, I've learned to reevaluate my relationship with the world... I am amazed at the difference it has made.
In short, Graziella's enthusiasm is contagious, her approach to diet is refreshing, and I would happily recommend her to anyone.
... Oh, and did I mention we live on opposite coasts? The distance hasn't posed a problem whatsoever!
