I have worked in executive management positions across the spectrum of the organizational development lifecycle: from start-up ventures through to mature businesses (annual turnover of up to AUS$450 million), across a diverse array of industries throughout Australasia, Europe and the USA.

I founded nLIVEn in 2000 to deliver programs that measurably improve and sustain the performance of individuals, teams and organisations. nLIVEn works with Chairpersons, CEOs, Division Managers & Managing Directors of private and public companies, not for profits and community organisations. We specialise in rapid growth, navigating change and dynamic organisational development.
