My name is Gianpaolo Vairo, a professional with over 15 years of experience in sales and business development.
I worked during most of my career in the tourism sector, mainly in the short-term rental industry, in which I held positions as business development manager and strategic sales roles, helping international companies to scale their operations and to expand their commercial horizons.
In 2013 I had the opportunity to launch my innovative startup, Localler, a marketing platform aimed at promoting tourist destinations and creating territorial product networks.
For 6 years I have been offering consultancy services to companies operating in the holiday rental market, supporting launch and growth of products, market expansion, and optimizing the performance of their business.
I was nominated one of the 20 best consultants in the Vacation Rental industry in 2021 and, one of the 20 most important experts in Vacation Rental Technology in 2021
In 2019 I founded Host B2B, the European Holiday Rental Professionals Community, a project whose main aim is to provide training and support to all professionals operating in the short-term rental industry, through acceleration programs and international training conferences.
