Hi, I’m Fred Kelly, business consultant, executive coach and startup mentor

It's a horrible feeling. Sales numbers flat or declining. Team morale starts to drop and your focus starts to shift towards how to cut costs. Maybe even let people go. Yes, I've been there too.

From 2011-2018, as CEO of a UK bank, I led the turnaround of the business, tripling sales from £6.5 million to £19.8 million.

I am currently a partner in Braddan Accelerator, a consulting firm that helps mid-market companies grow sales, innovate and create new products.

I am also a mentor to start ups at UDD Ventures, a leading start up accelerator.

Most businesses hit a revenue plateau at some point. This can be enormously frustrating and often puts the whole business under pressure.
