I have always felt honored working with Erol. He is a not a manager as the meaning of classical approach. He is a friend who always helps to upgrade your career without missing out the company’s business need. He always has humanity and work ethic. About 10 years ago, I had the opportunity to meet Erol at Bildem Limited.
On those days, concepts like Requirement Analysis, UML Modelling and Software Quality were considered as new to Turkish Software sector.
But Mr. Erol, bravely implemented these approaches to big software projects at important firms in Turkey.
I also had the chance to see the good feedbacks of his strong work on various projects.
At first as an old colleague and later as a good friend, It was really a big pleasure to work with him.

I had the previlige and honour to work with Erol for a year in Softtech's quality improvement endavour. During that time he always managed to impress me with his unique perspective on software process and quality.
Although officially he reported to me, we practically worked as partners as heads of quality management.
One can't be wrong by identifying Erol as one of the most talented and equipped people to work on software quality in Turkey.
I especially want to emphasize his strong work-ethic and humility.
As in any industry, software quality can not to be achieved or maintained without right people of expertise, effective tools, well-designed processes and last but least a suitable company culture.
