Eric took on a high profile project for a client of ours at the last minute and single handedly saved the project from failure. His abilities to ramp up extremely quickly, communicate effectively with other team members and client, provide insightful technical guidance, and provide SDLC advice allowed him to recommend a change of direction that ultimately facilitated the on time completion and release of the application. He completed this amazing feat in his free time. I can only imagine what Eric can accomplish when he is dedicated full time.

Eric Willeke as an extremely knowledgeable Kanban coach and instructor. He spent lots of time asking questions and making sure he understood the context and the people involved before he started his active coaching.
Besides deep theoretical and practical understanding of Kanban and the Kanban method, his interactive and collaborative way of presenting the materials, made for the most engaging 4 days of Kanban training at Vivisimo (now an IBM Company). He managed to get 30 engineers interested, engaged and inspired to adopt Kanban and evolve it within their teams.
Last, but not least, his ability to talk to and connect with C-level execs, managers and team members alike, on their own terms, makes him a great Kanban coach for any organization.
