Eric Willeke as an extremely knowledgeable Kanban coach and instructor. He spent lots of time asking questions and making sure he understood the context and the people involved before he started his active coaching. Besides deep theoretical and practical understanding of Kanban and the Kanban method, his interactive and collaborative way of presenting the materials, made for the most engaging 4 days of Kanban training at Vivisimo (now an IBM Company). He managed to get 30 engineers interested, engaged and inspired to adopt Kanban and evolve it within their teams. Last, but not least, his ability to talk to and connect with C-level execs, managers and team members alike, on their own terms, makes him a great Kanban coach for any organization.
