I've been in sales and marketing for over 15 years. I've succeeded in the trenches and on the front line in multiple industries (i.e. tech, insurance, entertainment, dental, advertising to name a few). I can honestly tell you that there is no "Silver Bullet" to Sales and Lead Generation. I've always looked at sales from the customer's point of view. We as business owners believe in our product so much that we think anyone who does not agree with us is stupid. But the reality is, it's not that they are stupid, it's that you are speaking a different language than them. Plainly put, your Customer doesn't understand you. Solve that, and you will have a leg up over your competition.
Social Media Marketing is one of those things that has many different strategies, all based on your goal. Do you want followers, likes, story views or do you want the users to click on your link in the bio? Everyone tells you to start a social media campaign, but do you really need to? It all truly depends on what your objective is, don't waste money paying someone x amount monthly to do what you don't understand. Wasted money is an expensive lesson.
