Erica's keynote speech at a corporate women's event sponsored by KPMG proved to be truly informational and completely eye-opening. She has a way of presenting content that makes you understand another view point with ease. Her ability to ignite passion and energy into a room is unmatched. The missing conversation across generations was unveiled as Baby Boomers and Millenials alike were engaged in honest conversation with each other to result in upward and onward thinking for improved corporate effectiveness.

Last week, I attended the Women’s Leadership Summit on the Business of Social Media where Erica gave the keynote speech. I was extremely impressed by her ability to captivate an audience of female leaders from a variety of major companies. Erica does a great job explaining connectional intelligence using case studies, while proving that the concepts relate to situations everyone faces in the workplace. She even ended her speech with a bit of Bollywood dancing! I was pleased to hear other attendees say they planned to follow up with Erica about consulting opportunities.

I heard Erica speak at the Wharton Women Business Conference, one of their biggest events with over 200 people registered to attend. Her take on empowering women, specifically in business, was more than just inspiring. Her analysis was personable and her advice actionable. I distinctly remember her encouraging the women in the room to simply raise their hand higher - like most men do - instead of just holding it at shoulder height when they have something to say. From discussing basic game changers like hand raising, to the intricacies of how to manage coaches, mentors and sponsors, Erica contributed her expertise and excitement to truly enhance the conference.

Erica gave a thought-provoking and interactive presentation at the StartingBloc Institute for Social Innovation (New York, June 2013). Erica energized the group with her remarks and activities on Connectional Intelligence and showed how the Fellows could use the concept and exercises in their own work.
