Drew Lewis is one of the few people in this industry that I argue with about advertising theory. The reason? Drew is one of the rare individuals with a true passion for what we do. While many people "just show up," Drew is here because he truly believes in his work, and will defend it to (near) death. With an unmatched creative talent and work ethic that puts children in sweatshops to shame, Drew is the kind of person everyone wants on their team, but no one can find. I have had the pleasure to work with Drew on many projects both within and outside of our respective scopes, and have learned a good deal from our conversations and work together. Drew is also the kind of person that can still crack a joke when pulling an all-nighter and caffeine is running dangerously low, and is always good for a laugh or a drink when things could be better. While we don't always agree ideologically, I can say with certainty that Drew is the best kind of person to have in your arsenal, both professionally and personally.

He has proven to be both an individual that you can go to and get results and also a team player whose participation brings a certain glue to the team. Drew is a creative person first and foremost, but he also understands that marketing creative lives in a business world. I would strongly recommend Drew.

And those talents, in no particular order, are: (1) his ability to tell emotional, persuasive stories in new media, (2) his ability to work harmoniously—and push for a better creative product—amidst a sea of critics who each thinks they’re in charge, and (3) his unique ability to survive back-to-back all-nighters on Red Bull and vending machine scraps to hit impossible deadlines.
I worked with Drew on countless new business pitches, where his typical project consisted of extremely tight deadlines (sometimes multiple videos created from scratch in a 48-hour period), multiple bosses, and pretty sketchy briefs that were subject to change mid-project. And he always delivered. His work ethic and professionalism were unmatched at the agency. Drew is never about the credit; he is simply about doing creative work that matters—work that moves people. (And his work hard/play hard mantra makes him a must-have at the victory parties...)

Whenever the need comes up for in house media development, editing, music selections or any resource, Drew is the go to person. He is also a wiz at computers, and web based advertising. As the head of Broadcast Production, I can really appreciate his " yes I can" attitude. "Yes Laura, I can do that by noon" is music to my ears. But now that my office has moved across from Drew's, I realize that the music selections coming out of there are not always music to my ears. I guess you're "researching" - right Drew?? Keep up the good work!

These days so many creative departments are full with people who have talent, but similar talent. What I enjoy about working with Drew is his fresh approach. He’s not looking to copy the latest award winning work; no he’s too busy working out something new, something original, and something that breaks the rules. When I want someone to out-think the others I go looking for Drew.
