Dr. Bertrand is my peer that I have come to respect given his positive collegial approach to others. I recently witnessed Dr. Bertrand's public speaking at St. John's University where he was very motivating given his analogical references. He connected his speech to everyone's life so that they could relate to him as a person but also endorse his vision.
