Received my degree in Finance with a concentration in Corporate Strategy. Worked as an analyst in the Buy Side M&A arm of a Fortune 250 company - conducted several transactions as well as led the Corporate Finance team through a Spin-off. Left the company and started working as a Financial Consultant with a large Global Public Accounting Firm. Staffed on various transactions ranging from financial due diligence to process improvement.
