Dianne Thomas I'm a daughter, mom, GiGi (grandmother), sister

Dianne is a seasoned nonprofit fundraising professional with more than 20 years’ experience in resource development management, fundraising planning, and implementation. The organizations she has raised money for served unsheltered men recovering from substance abuse, provided child abuse and neglect prevention training and advocacy, gave special needs children an opportunity to learn alongside their typically developing peers and empowered citizens challenged by poverty to learn how to feed themselves and participate in the politics of their communities. Dianne has been in nonprofit fundraising and management since 1998 helping those who have or want to start a nonprofit develop and implement strategies to sustainably support their missions. She provides nonprofit fundraising training, coaching, and consulting to leaders of new, small, and growing nonprofits. She mentors budding nonprofit leaders, develops collaborations with like-minded entrepreneurs, thought leaders and community organizations, and, as a Certified High-Performance Coach, helps motivated individuals and groups build lives of full engagement, joy, and confidence. Dianne has also served as an AmeriCorps VISTA with the DeKalb County (Georgia) Board of Health (DCBOH) where she provided continuity strategy planning for their youth violence prevention coalition. She later joined the staff as their Public Health Educator where she coordinated two Centers for Disease Control-funded projects: the Fresh on DeK Mobile Farmers Market and the DCBOH Clinical-Community Linkages project.

Dianne is certified in the High Performance Coaching methodology through the High Performance Institute. The methodology is science-based and features a curriculum that helps clients who want to live lives of full engagement, joy, and confidence learn how to seek clarity, generate energy, raise necessity, increase productivity, develop influence, and demonstrate courage.
