I'm a former educator and counselor in the field of mental health. I was a residential counselor for 4 years helping young adults in outpatient facilities. Also, in group homes I helped integrate adults with mental health difficulties back into the community. I graduated from college with a degree in Sociology. I believe that through good health practices and consistency life takes an upward trend.
