I met Dean socially, and we became great friends very quickly. His loyalty and big heart make him an amazing friend. His passion, vision and understanding of technology make him a dynamic business leader. His relationships are sincere and vast; symbols of his ability to relate to an extraordinary amount of people. As an early pioneer of DCI, he created an important and much needed foundation for the advancement technology nad economic development in the region.
