David is ethical, a wealth of knowledge about finance and accounting, and a strong communicator. I highly recommend his services both to companies in the early formation stage, and for mid-stage companies facing difficult decisions. In the early stages, decisions made at that time have a lasting effect on the company. David brings the experience and technical knowledge to guide companies to follow their desired strategy. In mid-stages, especially during these current financial times, managers can be tormented by the difficult decisions they face. David has been there, and knows how to make the right decisions.
