Currently serving as CTO (along with many other roles) while we grow the business to multiple UK data centre locations, over 50 staff and >$10m in revenue. Also a board member of the TechUK Cloud Computing council helping to shape UK government policy towards cloud computing and the digital industries

Originally started when I was 14 with £50, I have grown 4D into a company with revenues of over £6m, employing 50 staff and operating two world class data centres.

Over the years I've dealt with about every challenge you can face in starting, growing and running a business from designing sales process for the first time through to handling HR matters and my own psychology.
