Good leaders motivate; great ones inspire. David Antila is a great leader. I reported to David while working at Jetform. As a leader, David empowers his directs and provides them with the tools they need to be successful. In return, David challenges his team to exceed their own expectations of their abilities. Those up to the task thrive under his leadership, achieving impressive results and growing professionally. David also takes the time to mentor and offer guidance in a honest and humorous way that is direct and without condescension. David possesses a high level of personal integrity and a sincere interest in the personal development of the people on his team. For this reason, people who have worked directly under David typically develop strong personal relationships that last long after the positions that brought them together initially. I would welcome the opportunity to work with David again in the future and highly recommend his leadership abilities.

David and I worked closely together to design a new product platform for Adaptivity’s Blueprinting solution. To fulfill the potential of the product we had to envision and communicate an innovative approach to the creation of dynamic diagrams (the approach is now patent pending). Never once did I get the feeling that David was lost in the whitespace. His clear and comprehensive thinking through complicated scenarios helped us avoid numerous challenges that would have manifested themselves later in the development process when it would have been much more expensive to repair. David established a rigorous Agile ALM process (including the integration of multiple tools) to streamline the platform implementation. David gets my highest recommendation.

David Antila is a natural leader and an accomplished career expert in Product Management. Over the last year and a half, he has been a guiding light in helping me accomplish my tasks as Quality Assurance Lead for Adaptivity. I've turned to him endless times for his creativity, collective knowledge and expertise as we designed the QA process to support our Agile development model and development pipeline. It is a privilege to work with someone who has such motivation and drive each day. David is also very detailed oriented and it shows in his work. As QA Lead, I have put in many hours reviewing specifications written by David. Because of the detail in his specs, little or no time was spent by my team tracking down information -- resulting in a superior test plan and test cases.
