I've practiced many different styles of leadership or management. I have failed miserably and learned from my mistakes. Through my struggles learning how to lead at a young age I have established my own style of leading and have begun a massive change for the good for my family business. Leadership is not a one size fits all. Different people respond better to different leaders. I will not try to fit you into a box of what I think you should be but I will coach you to be the leader you want to be.
