I’m a medical device professional passionate about helping others break into and succeed in the medtech industry. I started my career with DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson) right out of college—an opportunity I earned through strong interviewing skills, persistence, and a clear understanding of how to stand out in a competitive field. As an Associate Sales Representative in Joint Reconstruction, I gained hands-on OR experience supporting surgeons in knee and hip replacements. I later advanced to a Territory Manager role in wound and burn care, working closely with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to improve patient outcomes. My journey from entry-level rep to territory leader taught me what hiring managers look for, how to excel in interviews, and how to thrive once you land the job. I now mentor aspiring medical device reps on how to position themselves, build clinical credibility, and launch rewarding medtech careers.
