She also conducted many Staff Development classes for faculty members and the public sector. Cynthia branched into hardware applications, and gradually moved on to network support. She brings a wealth of knowledge in computer applications gained from years of experience, enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine interest in ensuring that her students understand the material presented. Cynthia has the ability to maximize learning outcomes by creating training programs that map to the learning goals of both the organization and the participants. Her students consistently rate her classes at 96% and higher.
