Conducting UX Research is a vital part of understanding what your users' needs are, their desires, and real problems and pain points, by addressing the right problems and/or needs of your users will build trust, and desirability and increase the usability of your product, leading to increase in revenue. Building successful products is not only about a great idea or innovative technology, often it is about the amazing user experience that solves your target users' actual needs. UX Research brings you closer to truly understanding your users, and it doesn't have to be expensive, over the past decade of my career I worked alongside founders building 5 very different startups in vastly different industries, from B2C to B2G and B2B, my work was impactful in x2 exists, patents and rapid scale. During that time as a senior or lead designer and later as a design leader I learned how to deploy UXR on a shoestring budget and still build a research powerhouse that led to incredible outcomes, successful products, Fortune 500 customer acquisitions, and a lot more!

Innovation is not an Aha moment, innovation is a strategy, process, and deliberate actions, that lead to innovation. I have helped numerous companies discover innovative ways to solve problems for their users/customers, that lead to two different patents that are based on my design work and in recent years an innovative contextually aware AI assistant that was selected to IxDA 2023 Interaction Awards Shortlist, right next to IBM, Toshiba, and Google.
