I worked with Colleen at IGIGI, and she has been one of the most creative, devoted, smart, and marketing savvy people I have ever worked with. Her exceptional enthusiasm and endless support for her peers have been extremely instrumental in taking the company to the next level. She is also a very friendly and cheerful people person who always has something positive to say and uplift the mood.

Colleen is passionate about the progressive development of people and business. I always love to work with people that have the courage to commit to their own personal/professional development. She is one of those people.Because Colleen is a life long learner and totally committed to being her best self, she ends up having a very powerful presence the moment she engages with people. The same is true when she is developing and delivering custom programs for clients.
Some adjectives that best describe Colleen are : Courageous, Passionate, Compassionate, Intelligent,Intuitive,Alert,Switched-On, Loving, Inspiring, Helpful,Creative,Pragmatic,Classy and Resourceful.
She is the REAL deal. She always delivers work to the highest standards and is refreshingly easy to work with.
“I had the pleasure of working with Colleen at MindTime. Colleen has a unique ability to go after sales opportunities and engage people. She is a classic hunter, and she gets a kick out of it! I would love to have Colleen as part of any sales team I build. I would be delighted to work with her again. “

Source: LinkedIn Brian Morrison Oct 3, 2014Having worked for large agencies such as Grey & FCB and operating a boutique agency such as :Mint, I truly understand the value of talent. Simply put, Colleen has it. Colleen demonstrated what I felt is a rare commodity in that she not only expressed an interest in the business of our clients, but actually took the initiative to understand the business of our clients – both practically and strategically. She played a pivotal role in translating the tactical and strategic objectives of our clients (primarily in the technology arena) to our creative team who could in turn deliver and exceed upon their expectations. Colleen also possesses a unique aura – one of energy, enthusiasm, and confidence. I found these traits contagious and so did the clients who Colleen interfaced with. This resulted in productive, upbeat relationships – both with clients and fellow staff.
Source: LinkedIn Daniel Grace Oct 3, 2014This letter is my personal recommendation for Colleen Schell. She has worked here at IGIGI as a consultant from the beginning of September of 2008 until the end of June of 2009. She has been an instrumental in taking the company to the next level.
Colleen came in September of 2008 as a marketing consultant but quickly showed us that not only she was an expert in marketing, she was outstanding as a coach to a number of us at IGIGI. For me personally, as a CEO during the worst economic downturn in IGIGI’s history (we started in 1999), her coaching has been invaluable. She assisted me in focusing my energies and company’s direction during the difficult times. She was instrumental in having me make the necessary decisions that I needed to make in order for the company to go to the next level.
In addition to assisting me, Colleen has worked with a number of other people at IGIGI, greatly impacting their personal and professional lives. As a result, the corporate culture here has improved quite noticeably and is able to easily adapt to the changes that we are making as part of our focus.
As a marketing and business development specialist, Colleen has visibly impacted our bottom line. She has managed IGIGI’s promotional calendar together with a number of strategic relationships that are building an awareness of our brand out in the market.
We have been extremely fortunate to have Colleen work with us and are planning on doing so again in the near future.
I highly recommend Colleen for any engagement that she is involved in. She is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization as a coach and as a marketing specialist.
