I am a Professional Engineer (P.Eng. + PE) as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Life Coach and Full Focus Certified Pro who has spent decades as a consulting engineer working in both Canada and the US. During my years in engineering, it's fair to say I've run into more than my share of roadblocks, and looking back, there are a lot of things I would like to have done differently. I have an intimate understanding of this struggle from the perspective of a woman trying to make her way in a male-dominated field and, perhaps more importantly, from the perspective of a coach who now has the tools to help you learn the tactics and strategies that will help you handle what's coming, regardless of the stage of your career.
