Navigating the Barriers to Career Advancement in Male-Dominated STEM Fields
Created 3 years ago in Skills & Management / Coaching

I am a Professional Engineer (P.Eng. + PE) as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified life coach who has spent nearly 25 years as a consulting engineer working in both Canada and the US. While I am recently retired from engineering, it's fair to say I've run into more than my share of roadblocks during my career, and looking back, there are a lot of things I would like to have done differently. I have an intimate understanding of this struggle from the perspective of a woman trying to make her way in a male-dominated field and, perhaps more importantly, from the perspective of a coach who now has the tools to help you learn the tactics and strategies that will help you handle what's coming, regardless of the stage of your career.
