Chris Gordon Carpentry cabinetry kitchens

I am currently a superindendant for Uncommon Cabinetry inc. we specialize in commercial casework, woodwork, paneling among many other aspects of finishwork. I started caulking and have worked my way up the ladder. Currently i supervise crews, schedule, plan and execute projects from kitchens to million dollar millwork packages. I like being hands on so still pick up tools. I find the best way to motivate people is if they know you can do what you are asking them to do.
