Chad is a loyal, thought provoking, steady, and ridiculously talented as a leader. I have deeply enjoyed working with Chad in two different organizations, and I am continually impressed by Chad's ability to gather people, to help them thrive, to make big ideas graspable, and to recruit volunteers. He's incredibly creative and works well in the team setting. He's a guy I'd want in my foxhole, and he'd be a huge asset to anytime. Oh yeah, on top of all of that he's gifted vocally and musically beyond words. Actually a bit sickening when you think about it all. :)
