Every sale or user acquisition is behind understanding that person's motivations. There is no free money up for grabs. Knowing where and how to find the right people, how to effectively communicate how we can improve their lives, and hand-holding them the entire way until the deal is closed, is one of the most important skills to be able to sell successfully. For most people, sadly, it's also one of the least developed.
