Create and develop thermal managements solutions for various mechanical systems and components.
Use CAD software to design heatsinks, radiators, fans and other thermal management components
Thermal Analysis:
Perform thermal simulations using specialized software ( e.g. ANSYS, Keysight) to evaluate the thermal performance of components and systems.
Interpret the simulation results and adjust design to ensure efficient thermal management.
Testing and validation:
Plan and conduct tests to validate the thermal performance of prototypes and final products.
Monitor temperatures and heat flows during tests and adjust designs based on the results obtained.
Integration of thermal components:
Collaborate with electrical engineering team to integrate thermal management solutions into final products.
Ensure compatibility and proper functioning of thermal components within the product assembly.
Performance optimization:
Implement innovative methods and technologies to improve the thermal performance and energy efficiency of products.
Evaluate and optimize airflow and heat distribution in complex system.
Technical documentation :
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for thermal projects, including specifications and technical drawings.
Prepare presentations and report to communicate thermal management solutions to internal teams and clients
Interdisciplinary collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as electrical engineering and project management to ensure efficient integration of thermal solutions.
Participate in project meetings and design reviews to provide expertise in thermal management.
Compliance with standards regulations:
Ensure thermal design compliance with industry standards and specific regulations
Implement best practices in thermal design to improve product reliability and durability.
