Graphic Designer, graduated at Federal University of Paraná, Brazil. Post-degree in user centered design at Positivo University, works as UX Designer at Sascar, an enterprise of Michelin group.
My job is to identify and ask users how they interact with products and different interfaces, analising and porposing improvements based on these researches. I usually do that by interviewing selected users, recording their screen and faces, asking the right questions about the experience they're having.
