High school graduate , some college, and spent 6 years in the army . Worked for my father from 1985 to 1996 when I purchased the restaurant from my parents. Was owner operator thru some challenging times and good times , very rewarding career path . Sold the restaurant to my daughter in 2018 , Still have it in my blood so have been consulting as a way to keep me busy , and helping in some of the day to day challenges that this industry has.
