Brian Logan Reid has been an incredible asset to the overall team at Barefoot. We leveraged his deep knowledge of inbound marketing and cutting edge sales techniques to achieve our growth goals in 2013. He has also streamlined communications between team members and provide new insights and ideas that fuel productivity. You'll will count yourself lucky if you have the opportunity to work with BL.
BL delivered analysis, insights and recommendations that moved our company forward. His ability to focus upon the bottom line without being sidetracked by daily fire drills was impressive. Team members understood, embraced and executed his direction with positive results on every dimension.
B-L is one of the smartest and most skilled people I've ever had the privilege to work with. His insight, analytical skills, and ability to see the big picture are second to none. He was always on top of things, organized, communicative, and cool under pressure. I respected the fact that he wasn't a "yes man," that he spoke his mind about ways things could be improved and work better. And on top of all of that, he's a genuinely good guy who's a pleasure to be around.
In this fast-paced digital marketing environment, it's not enough to be a hard worker, you have to be a smart worker as well, and B-L fits the bill. Agile, adept and passionate, B-L is an early adopter and evangelist of inbound marketing and has unique insights into bleeding-edge technologies and trends that add value at every turn. Attuning to client goals, mapping strategy and deploying measurable tactics is all in a day's work for B-L, but he also studies and prepares for tomorrow's challenges with enthusiasm and a spirit of continual improvement.
I had the privilege of working closely with BL on a regular basis. His acute intellect unveils itself in relentless curiosity and an unmistakable capacity to listen. BL is a passionate advocate for quality, efficiency, common sense, and client joy. Any nimble organization will find him to be an invaluable asset.
Barefoot Technologies has been associated with B-L since fourth quarter of 2012 of 2013, both as a consultant to our company and as a colleague. He started out quietly behind the scenes assessing and evaluating our processes, and offering suggestions and improvements to our websites, and marketing processes. He then moved into the sales department, and some operations. At each step, he offered invaluable suggestions, and tools for improving processes and strategies. His immersion into our company brought a fresh attitude with a wealth of experience, that has dramatically altered the sales and marketing departments. Fresh ideas, proven techniques, and expert evaluation of needs from BL has resulted in improved process to capture and managing leads coming into our company, a more focused sales process, and significant improvement to our bottom line. If your company isn’t where they should be, if you are looking into fresh ideas and insight into sales, marketing and operations, BL is someone who can make a difference. He surely has done that to Barefoot Technologies, and we a dramatically better company because of him.
B-L came on board to assist my company with overall efficiency as well as to help train our team in better marketing tactics and sales methods. His work has payed off and he has genuinely made our company a better business. He is detail oriented, punctual, professional, and intelligent.
Brian Logan Reid has been a reliable source of knowledge and strategy as The Hudson Company refines its web presence. I can highly recommend both Brian’s character and experience. Jamie Hammel President The Hudson Company
Brian successfully implemented Barefoot Agent at Country Village, a multi location high end sales and rental agency for Nantucket, Stowe and numerous islands in the Caribbean. The .Net vacation rentals system was tailored to accommodate multiple business rules with a diversity of access control and CRM functionality. BL coordinated all communication between Barefoot and Country Village, assisted on training, and managed the design of the web.
I found BL to really understand the real estate market-especially in Nantucket, its trends and the future of the web. His ideas on the web are way ahead of most in this industry and from my perspective spot on. I enjoyed working with him and would jump at the opportunity to do it again.
BL's passion, focus, vision, and experience makes him an exceptional value to any organization. Not only is BL a hard worker, but he is a smart worker. Always executing on tasks and projects in an efficient and scaleable manner.
We worked on the same project together, growing a consulting team focused on delivering group consultations on the topics of Inbound Marketing and the HubSpot Software to hundreds of small businesses.
BL pioneered this project, teaching me how to consult in a group setting that effectively delivered knowledge and value to many businesses at once. His vision and direction made the team successful. He always thought scale and how to grow value for HubSpot customers.
I highly recommend BL and his skill set to any organization that is looking to hire an A+ rockstar.
BL is one of those individuals who isn't afraid to jump into a challenge. He works tirelessly to meet goals and is not satisfied with the status quo. I think this commitment that there is always a better way to do anything is one of those distinct traits that the two of us strongly believe. From his first days at HubSpot BL was challenged with a new project to figure out that he wasn't expecting to be a part of when he walked into that door. He attacked it and was able to return solid improvements over a period of time.
I worked with BL for almost two years together while at HubSpot. We worked together on many projects and I as one of his first managers at the company.
