Brian is a founding partner of The RAIL Group, serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Board President. Brian provides TRG with over 10 years of corporate strategic planning, management, leadership development, and business development. Prior to joining TRG, he served as the Vice President for Business Development at a privately owned government contractor providing management and technical services consulting. Brian has served in numerous business development and technical operations functions for large and small government contracting firms in the Washington DC Metro area. At the beginning of his career, Brian managed and supported numerous federal, state, and local political campaigns in Michigan. After moving to Washington DC, he represented the interests of numerous associations, local governments, and businesses to the Federal Government. Throughout his career, Brian has provided pro bono consulting support to large and small businesses seeking assistance with their strategic planning, competitive intelligence, business development, and proposal development processes.
