Previously, Dr. Holzer was CEO of Lacuna Health and President of Kindred Innovations, where he spearheaded the development and scaling of advanced patient engagement platforms, clinical contact center services, and innovative care management solutions. Under his leadership, Kindred Innovations emerged as a prominent provider of home-based primary care and care management services, supporting hospitals, health systems, ACOs, and physician groups to enhance clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost efficiency across post-acute settings.
