I hired Brent to lead the Academy of Motion Picture's first ever brand development process. Brent was tasked with diving deep into the Academy's decades-old culture to help us more clearly define and communicate our values and mission. For some of the old guard it was a scary process, fraught with politics, but Brent more than rose to the occasion. He immediately understood the sensitive nature of the assignment and put everyone at ease with his expertise and charm. He is incredibly brilliant but is also one of the nicest and most easy-going people I've ever worked with.
