This process is called Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Think of Conversion Rate Optimization as the way to find out or “test” which webpage version sells more. Kind of like a blind taste test. Which coffee do you prefer? A or B? Essentially testing which version works best. But instead of asking we’re using visitors actual buying behavior to tell us which version sold more.
