Bill Rice was my dotted line supervisor. My direct supervisor was based out of the office and state so in many ways Bill was my direct supervisor. He was always available to me whenever I had questions or needed additional support with the "big fish" deals. He was very supportive and encouraged me to be the best that I could be.
