Training about damentia Alzheimer's medication etc etc all about seniors for 17 years i am a caregiver who i was able to help families understand this aging process. As a mother of a autistic child i had to study went to many many programs to understand him and help him to learn how he see this word. This are examples of what types of relationships i am good at it but i mave many many personal experiences that sharing can make you heal and its true i can offer you a good friend that its going to help you see your problem out of your bubble with honestly and respect. Why i say relationship? Because everything around us is how it can be the result of how we relate. With parents, friends, school, work, gym, boyfriend or girlfriend etc. But when one of this hurt us in the past it can be the result how our relationship with others are in the present or in the future and it can limit us to fell happiness.
