Belinda has many qualities that are commendable but none stands out more than her attention to detail. The back bone of coordinating a kitchen department comprising of nearly 50 staff members, ranging in many daily duties with the main responsibilities including rostering, KRONOS, micros, food costing and events coordinating from a food services point of view. She also plays a huge role in helping me maintain team morale by being approachable and provides a selfless and personable relationship with all staff members. A great team member to have in the brigade, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Her execution of tasks are flawless and she is always reliable.
