Barry and I worked together to enroll and develop a number of aerospace suppliers in California and to build strong relationships with a number of aerospace OEMs including; Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Parker Aerospace and Northrop Grumman.
SEA was developed to ensure that the entire aerospace supply chain was on the LEAN path while integrating enterprise-wide improvements.
