Life gave me the challenge to raise a child with a physical disability.
My son experienced multiple and complex surgeries. The emotional implications of the medical interventions were huge, not only to my son but to everyone in our family.
Keeping our child and our family safe and balanced throughout these situations or sometimes longer periods of several surgeries can be both physically and emotionally exhausting.
In contrast when we feel emotionally and mentally prepared, days, weeks or months before the planned medical intervention, we effectively radiate calmness and security to our child and our family. When we provide a carefully crafted explanation to our child about what is going to happen with him or her, we can reduce the fear related to the situation.
I would love to help you feel confident, balanced and in power to make a difference in the experience you and your loved ones are about to have!
From overwhelming fear to calmness is the journey I would like to accompany you.
