Worked with various SMEs as well as large firms giving advice on marketing ,how to get started,entrepreneurship and strategic management. I'm a holder of BSc in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and am in my final semester of my Masters in International Business Management and Entrepreneurship in UK. Got trained in entrepreneurship as well as consultancy from various platforms at University like Idea Generation and Virtual Hackathon. I would pitch for projects and offer consultancy on different problems or issues companies were facing.I have done some practical research on product uncompetitiveness and how innovation is critical for SME survival. I suggested that SMEs should always study its micro and macro environment so as to keep up to date with change and be prepared to improve its products and services in order to meet the needs and wants of customers. Currently I am working on a project on identifying key competencies and skills that future leaders need as well as designing a framework that can be used as a tool by organisations to manage changes in the environment like digitisation ( Technology).
