I’m Dr. Anthony Harrell, PT, DPT — a physical therapist, strength coach, and nutrition specialist with over a decade of experience helping adults, athletes, and first responders move strong, pain-free, and confidently.
I started as a personal trainer in 2011, became a licensed physical therapist and strength coach in 2016, and later added nutrition coaching and men’s pelvic health specialization to provide a truly holistic approach to performance, recovery, and longevity.
